Place the rope under the balls of your feet, pull your toes towards you, and keep your leg straight. This is a chest opening exercise using The Pickleball Rope. By lunging forward while the rope wraps around the pickleball cart, it helps stretch and open the chest muscles, promoting better posture and flexibility for a more powerful pickleball swing. Repeat for 5 sets of 10-second holds.
